With a background as an Air Force medic, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, incorporating her knowledge of herbal medicine and holistic care. In addition to her professional pursuits, Alyssa is deeply committed to her own wellness journey. On her off days, you can find her engaging in a variety of wellness activities, including yoga, meditation, and physical fitness. She also has a passion for creating herbal remedies, teas, and tinctures. Alyssa's love for all things outdoors further fuels her dedication to helping others find balance and harmony in their lives.
